Yes. The frame is metal — needed for the slim profile and the trigger mechanism. The exterior is real bamboo veneer — not a sticker, not a print, not a laminate. Bamboostan doesn't fake bamboo. Where you see bamboo on our products, the bamboo is real.

How many cards does it hold?

Up to 6 standard credit/debit-sized cards. Most people carry 3-5; the holder accommodates the rare extra (visiting card, foreign currency note tucked between).

Does it block RFID?

No — this is not an RFID-blocking holder. If RFID protection is a priority for you, look for a certified RFID-blocking sleeve to use alongside.

Can I fit cash in it?

A folded note or two can tuck between cards. It's a card holder, not a billfold — for daily cash, a separate fold or money clip is the right tool.

Will the trigger break over time?

How do I clean it?
