1. Order processing

We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 Business Days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery timelines

Delivery typically takes 4 to 8 days depending on your location. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Free shipping

Free shipping applies to all orders with a final payable value above ₹300. Orders below ₹300 may incur standard shipping charges, which will be visible at checkout.

4. Shipping partners

We use reputable logistics partners including Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, Ekart, Tirupati Couriers, and other authorised aggregators. Tracking information will be shared when available.

5. Risk and ownership

Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the registered address.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed attempts, redelivery fees may apply or the order may be cancelled with deductions for shipping and handling costs.

7. Damaged or tampered packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
