Orders & shipping
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on orders over ₹299. We ship across India.
How long will delivery take?+
Typical delivery is around 3–6 days, depending on your location. You'll get tracking once your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across India at checkout.
Where do you ship from?+
Our products are dispatched from our warehouse in India — we ship pan-India.
Returns & refunds
What's your return window?+
We offer 10-day returns from delivery. If something isn't right, reach out within 10 days and we'll help.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?+
No — we arrange free reverse pickup on approved returns.
How are refunds processed?+
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Returns are reviewed and approved by our team before the refund is issued.
Is anything non-returnable?+
For hygiene reasons, socks and innerwear can't be returned. Everything else is covered by our 10-day window.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?+
We'll replace it. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, message us and we'll sort out a replacement.

Which payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery.
Do you offer EMI?+
Yes — 0% EMI is available at checkout (via Snapmint) on eligible orders.
Are online payments secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways — we never see or store your card details.

What does Bamboostan make?+
Our bamboo-led range covers posture and mobility sticks, cork yoga props, bottles and flasks, Turkish towels, socks, sunglasses, hairbrushes, pens and stationery, storage and laundry baskets, lamps and décor, and gifting.
How do I care for my bamboo products?+
Bamboo lasts for years with simple care: wipe clean and dry it rather than soaking, keep it out of prolonged standing water, and let it air-dry fully. An occasional light coat of food-safe oil keeps finished bamboo looking its best.
Are the products durable?+
Yes — properly cured bamboo finishes harder than most hardwoods, so our products are built to last for years of everyday use, not a single season.

Why bamboo instead of plastic?+
Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants on earth and grows back instead of running out — no fossil-fuel base, no microplastics, and a natural end of life. Chosen well and made to last, it's a genuinely better everyday trade than the plastic it replaces.
Where is it made?+
Much of our range is made by hand within India, where the craft of working bamboo runs deep.
Is bamboo really better for the planet?+
No material is perfect — bamboo products still travel and need finishing. But chosen well and made to last, bamboo and cork are a genuinely better everyday trade than the plastic and foam they replace.
