• We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Because our products are made from natural bamboo, slight variations in grain, colour, and finish are normal and are not defects.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
