Bamboostan participated in the Vendor Development Programme (VDP) organized under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, in collaboration with ASIDC and Oil & Gas sector PSUs. The event was held on March 27-28, 2025, at Hotel Arista, GS Road, Guwahati, Assam.
As a dedicated vendor promoting sustainable bamboo solutions, Bamboostan set up a stall showcasing its diverse range of bamboo-based products, including BamPro—our premium segment for bamboo-based outdoor structures. The event provided an excellent platform to engage with PSU representatives, understand procurement policies, and explore business opportunities in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
A key highlight of our participation was the visit of Hon'ble Minister, Industries, Commerce & PE Deptt, Assam, Shri Bimal Bora, who appreciated the innovation and sustainability of our BamPro offerings. His recognition reaffirms our commitment to delivering eco-friendly solutions that align with national sustainability goals and infrastructure development initiatives.

The event was organized by the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) as part of the Utkarsh Odisha – Make in Odisha Conclave 2025.
The session brought together key state officials, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs to explore how Odisha can foster industries focused on bamboo, bioeconomy, circular economy, and renewable energy. It was an inspiring platform to exchange ideas and contribute insights on leveraging sustainable materials like bamboo to drive economic and environmental progress.
