This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Bamboostan.com. All timelines refer to Business Days, defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. The Company endeavors to process and dispatch orders within one (1) to three (3) Business Days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines typically range from four (4) to eight (8) days, depending on location. However, delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, festivals, operational constraints, or other factors beyond the Company’s control.

Free shipping applies to orders with a final payable value above ₹500. Orders valued below ₹500 may incur standard shipping charges visible at checkout. If a return reduces the retained order value below ₹500, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

The Company uses reputable logistics partners, including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, Ekart, Tirupati Couriers, and other authorized aggregators. Tracking information will be shared when available. Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the registered address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed attempts, redelivery fees may apply or the order may be cancelled with deductions for shipping and handling costs.
