These Terms govern the use of Bamboostan.com, operated by Machau Bamboo Products Private Limited. By accessing the site or placing an order, users agree to these Terms. “Business Days” mean Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.

The Company strives for accuracy, but natural variations in bamboo—including differences in texture, colour, grain, thickness, and appearance—are inherent and not considered defects. Product details, images, and pricing may change without notice. All orders placed constitute offers; acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Company. Payments must be completed through secure third-party gateways. Orders impacted by typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or system malfunctions may be cancelled.

Shipping, return, and privacy-related matters are governed by their respective policies. Customers must use products responsibly. The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from misuse of fitness sticks or other products. Liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages is expressly excluded.

Customers agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraudulent activity, violate policies, or interfere with site operations. Intellectual property, including all images, branding, designs, and content, belongs exclusively to the Company.

Obligations affected by such events are suspended for the duration of the event.
