Where it fits your day
The everyday desk
A pen that upgrades the notebook
Smooth rollerball ink and a bamboo grip that warms up in hand — the pen that makes signing off on a notebook feel less like a chore.
The gift moment
Handed over in its own case
No wrapping paper hunt — the rounded presentation case is already gift-ready, so it goes straight from the desk to someone else's hands.
The corporate hamper
One pen, a hundred hampers
The gold trim and sealed bamboo grain read as considered rather than promotional, making it an easy add to a diary-and-bottle gift set.
Daily notes
Sits in a pen stand or pocket, ready for a to-do list or a signature.
Client gifting
One pen, already cased, makes a considered add-on to a hamper or thank-you note.
Desk styling
The bamboo grain and gold trim look intentional next to a diary or card holder, not like a giveaway pen.
A pen that feels like something, not just writes like something.
A grain you can feel
Each barrel is cut from real bamboo, so the warm honey-toned grain and weight are unique to that piece — no two pens look quite the same.
Gold trim that doesn't hide the wood
The cap band, clip, and tip are finished in gold-tone metal, giving the bamboo body a formal edge without covering up the grain underneath.
A smooth rollerball, not a scratchy ballpoint
It takes a standard rollerball refill, so ink lays down smooth and dark from the first stroke — swap the refill when it runs dry instead of replacing the pen.
Arrives ready to give
Every pen ships in a rounded presentation case, so it's gift-ready straight out of the box — no separate wrapping needed.
Description
Bamboo Ember Pen — a bamboo rollerball with gold trim
The Bamboo Ember Pen is a slim rollerball with a solid bamboo barrel and cap, finished in gold-tone metal at the clip, cap band, and tip. "Ember" isn't a separate material — it's the warm honey tone already in the bamboo grain, sealed and left visible rather than painted over. It takes a standard rollerball refill and ships in its own rounded presentation case.

What makes this different from a typical wood-look pen
Real bamboo, not a print
The barrel is solid bamboo with its natural grain sealed and visible, so the color and pattern come from the material itself — not a plastic shell printed to look like wood. No two pens are perfectly identical.
A rollerball refill, not a ballpoint
It's fitted with a standard metal rollerball refill, which lays down smoother, darker lines than a typical promotional ballpoint. When the ink runs out, replace just the refill.
Gift-ready by default
Every pen ships in a rounded presentation case, so it's ready to hand over as a gift straight out of the box — no separate wrapping or box needed.
Use cases
- Everyday desk pen: smooth rollerball ink and a bamboo grip for daily notes and signatures.
- Personal gifting: already cased, ready to hand over without extra wrapping.
- Corporate gifting: pairs into hampers alongside a diary or bottle.
Honest about what this isn't
This is a fine-tip rollerball, not a fountain pen — there's no nib or ink cartridge system, just a standard replaceable rollerball refill. The gold-tone trim is plated metal, so treat it the way you would any plated finish: avoid harsh scrubbing. And while the bamboo is sealed for regular handling, don't soak it or leave it in standing water.
Frequently asked questions
Is the barrel really bamboo, or bamboo-look plastic?
It's solid bamboo. The grain, color, and weight come from the real material, sealed for everyday handling — so no two pens are perfectly identical.
What kind of refill does it take?
A standard rollerball refill. When the ink runs out, replace just the refill rather than the whole pen.
Does it come gift-ready?
Yes — every pen ships in a rounded presentation case, so it's ready to give without extra wrapping.
Will the gold trim wear off?
The cap band, clip, and tip are gold-tone plated metal. Like any plated finish, avoid harsh scrubbing to keep it looking new.
How big is it?
It's a slim pen at 14 cm long and 0.8 cm in diameter — light enough for everyday writing, with a bit of natural bamboo heft in hand.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the barrel with a soft dry cloth. Don't soak it or leave it in standing water — bamboo handles light moisture, not submersion.
Care & cleaning
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
- Don't soak or submerge the barrel.
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers on the gold-tone trim.
