Why people practise on it

A mat that anchors the practice.

Hot & sweaty practice

Cork's grip strengthens with moisture — sweat doesn't slip, it anchors. Ideal for vinyasa, power yoga, and any practice where the hands and feet keep getting damp.

Alignment, printed in

A central guide line, end-to-end markers, and reverse-side reference points. The mat tells you where the hands and feet should land — useful for solo practice and self-correction.

Steady through every transition

Surya Namaskar, Warrior chains, balance work, deep stretches — the mat stays put under quick weight shifts. The non-slip backing holds the floor.

Home, studio, travel

Rolls compactly. Fits standard mat straps and bags. Honest cork beats PVC for the bag carry — no plastic smell, no chemical sheen, no peeling after a year.

Built well

Three things make it work.

01

Real cork surface

Naturally non-slip — and the grip activates with sweat. Antimicrobial, odour-resistant, biodegradable. Unlike PVC mats, cork doesn't off-gas plastic-smell when new.

02

Alignment system, printed in

Centre line for body symmetry. End-to-end lines for length. Central + reverse point markers for hand and foot placement. The mat is a self-corrector for solo practice.

03

Non-slip backing

The base layer holds the floor — wood, tile, or carpet. The mat doesn't slide forward in Down Dog or sideways in Warrior II.

Quick answers

Before you decide.

Is cork better than PVC or rubber?

For grip in sweaty practice — yes. Cork's grip activates with moisture; PVC and many rubber mats get slippery. Cork is also naturally antimicrobial and biodegradable, doesn't off-gas plastic-smell, and ages with use rather than peeling.

How does the alignment system work?

A central line runs the length of the mat for body symmetry. End-to-end lines run the width to mark hand and foot positioning. Central and reverse-side point markers help you land in the same place pose after pose. Useful for solo practice without a teacher.

Is it good for hot yoga?

It's the ideal mat for hot yoga, sweaty vinyasa, and power yoga. The grip strengthens as sweat builds, where most other surfaces lose grip.

5 mm — is that thick enough?

5 mm is a balanced thickness — enough cushion for the knees in low lunges and pigeon, thin enough that the floor stays felt under the feet for balance work. If you need more padding, a folded towel under the knees solves it without trading the floor connection.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a damp cloth after each practice. For deeper cleaning, dilute 1 part white vinegar in 3 parts water, wipe, then air dry flat. Don't roll tightly when wet — the mat needs to dry in flat shape.

Does the mat fit standard straps and bags?

Yes — rolls to standard yoga-mat dimensions and fits straps and carry bags sold separately.
