Cork Yoga Alignment Mat
A cork yoga mat with alignment guides printed into the surface, so your hands and feet land in the same place every time.
A centre line, end-to-end markers and reverse-side reference points show where to place hands and feet, useful when you practise without a teacher. The cork top grips damp hands and feet, which suits hot yoga and vinyasa. 24 × 72 inches (61 × 183 cm), 5 mm thick, on a natural latex base. Standard, Heritage or Floral design.
Natural cork top on a natural latex base. If you have a latex allergy, this mat is not for you. Wipe down after each practice and dry flat before rolling.

- Wipe with a damp cloth after each practice. For deep cleaning, mix 1 part white vinegar with 3 parts water, wipe, allow to fully air dry flat. Don't roll tightly when wet.
