Three things make it work.

Real, dense cork
100% natural cork, solid through, with no coating or foam. It holds firm under bodyweight, so the slope stays at the same angle.
Trapezoid shape
The slope is what makes it different. One shape works as a regular block, a ramp for the hands and a handstand support.
Grippy cork surface
Cork's texture grips the floor and the hands, even in a sweaty practice.

Made for

Practitioners who want a ramp under the hands
Handstand and arm-balance learners
Yoga beginners
Backbend and mobility practice
Anyone past a foam block
Anyone building a home practice, ideally with a pair

Where it fits your day

01 · The hand ramp
A raised rest for the hands in plank
Rest the heel of each palm on the thin edge of the slope, with the fingers on the mat. Dense cork holds full pressing weight, and a pair keeps both hands level.
02 · The grip
Handstand and arm-balance prep
The slope gives the hands something to press and tip against while you find the lift. A firm, grippy angle to build against the wall.
03 · The support
Open into a backbend
Slide it under the sacrum or the shoulder blades and the sloped faces give the back a tilted, supported shape to rest into.
A standard block too
Stand it on a face for ordinary block work at three useful heights. The everyday job, with a ramp in reserve.
Lunge alignment
A hand on the ramp gives you something to rest on in a low lunge.
Seated lift
Sit on the high face to tilt the pelvis forward, which makes it easier to sit tall in seated poses and meditation.

Three jobs in one angled block.

Downward dog and plank
Set the thin edge under the heel of each palm for a raised, sloped rest for the hands.
Handstand and arm-balance prep
The slope gives the fingers and palms a firm angle to press and grip against while you build up to the wall.
Backbends with support
Slide a block under the sacrum or the shoulder blades for a tilted, supported shape to rest into.
Flat as a regular block
Lay it flat for seated lifts, standing poses and other prop work, at three heights depending on which face you choose.

Description

Cork Trapezoid Yoga Block

A solid cork block with a sloped face, 24 × 14 × 9 cm. Use it flat as a regular block, or on its slope as a ramp for the hands.

The slope gives the heel of the hand a raised, angled rest in downward dog and plank, and something to press and grip against in handstand prep. Most poses use both hands, so we recommend a pair.

100% natural cork, solid through, with no coating or foam. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; air dry fully.
