Product details

Cork Yoga Wheel

A cork-surfaced wheel for supported backbends, chest opening and releasing a desk-tight upper back.

Lay back over it and the wheel supports the curve of the spine so the chest opens without the lower back doing all the work. The cork outer grips, stays warm against bare skin, and wraps a high-strength core tested to hold up to 150 kg. 33 cm diameter, 16 cm wide.

Natural cork over a high-strength plastic core. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; air dry.

Three things make it work.

01

Natural cork surface

Grippy, sweat-friendly, naturally moisture-resistant. Stays warm to body temperature against the spine — kinder than rubber, kinder than plastic.

02

Strong inner core

Cork is the outer layer; the wheel's structural strength comes from a high-strength plastic core inside. Tested to support up to 150 kg of bodyweight.

03

Rounded edges

Smooth, comfortable contact across the back, the shoulders, the hands. The wheel goes under the spine without sharp corners.

A wheel changes the back.

🌿

Deeper backbends, safely

Lay back over the wheel and let it support the curve of the spine. Chest opens without forcing the lumbar to do all the work — the way a backbend should feel.

🌿

For the desk-tight body

A laptop closes the chest, rounds the shoulders, settles the upper back into a curl. Five minutes on the wheel resets the day's accumulated posture.

🌿

Hip flexors & hamstrings

Place the wheel under the calf or behind the knee for guided release. Roll slowly. Areas that don't respond to static stretching often loosen here.

🌿

Balance & core

Wheel-supported plank. Hands-on-wheel push-up. Pilates-style core work. The unstable surface forces the deep stabilisers to engage.

Where it fits your day

Open the desk-tight chest

Open the desk-tight chest

A laptop rounds the shoulders all day. Five minutes laid back over the wheel resets the posture the screen quietly built.

Warm up before a flow

Warm up before a flow

A few gentle backbends to wake the spine before sun salutations — the body moves easier once the chest is already open.

Wind down after sitting

Wind down after sitting

An evening release for a back that's been folded into a chair since morning. Slow, supported, nothing forced.

Ease into a deeper pose

Ease into a deeper pose

Hands or feet on the wheel to find your way into bridge, fish, or a fuller backbend — depth with support, not strain.

Recovery on rest days

Recovery on rest days

Roll out a tight upper back and shoulders between training. Cork stays warm and grippy against bare skin.

A closer look

The five-minute backbend
01 — The daily reset

The five-minute backbend

Lay back over the wheel and let it support the curve of the spine. The chest opens without the lower back doing all the work — the way a backbend should feel. Roll a little, breathe slow, and the desk-tight upper back finally lets go.

Hips, hamstrings & shoulders
02 — Deeper mobility

Hips, hamstrings & shoulders

Place the wheel behind the knee, under the calf, or beneath the shoulders, then roll slowly into the stretch. Tight hip flexors and stubborn hamstrings that never respond to static holds often loosen here — the wheel takes you a little further than the floor can.

Core, planks & control
03 — Strength & balance

Core, planks & control

Hands on the wheel for a push-up, feet on it for a plank, knees on it for Pilates-style core work. The round, unstable surface forces the deep stabilisers to fire and hold. What looks like a stretching prop quietly becomes a strength tool.
